About Me

Jenna Star Friedman: I am a passionate painter of nature. Much of my work is done en plein air because I love being outside where I am immersed and challenged by the light in that time and place. Each painting is an act of focus and discovery and I am always learning something. I paint in oil, watercolor, acrylics and soft pastel. I teach various art classes and workshops at Pasco Hernando State College. I also teach a couple of painting classes a week in my Studio. I've been a teacher for most of my adult life although previously I worked with younger students in the public schools. I'm now really happy to be teaching art to adults. Please check my website for more information about my classes. www.jennastarfriedman.com
